The Bay Area Appraisal Cooperative is an informal group of Independent Real Estate Appraisal Firms that provide appraisal services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Membership of the Bay Area Appraisal Cooperative can provide an extensive depth of experience to the valuation of Income Properties, Appraisal Review Services and Consulting Services. Our Membership includes Michael G. Herwood, MAI, SRA of Herwood & Associates, Donald E. Pinney of Donald E. Pinney & Associates, Gary W.M. Tang of HT Appraisal, Inc., and Dale C. Wyckoff of Dale C. Wyckoff & Associates.

Cumulatively, we have over 85 years experience in the San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate Industry. We have two former bank Chief Appraisers, extensive experience in real estate finance and experience in trust related appraisal assignments.
